Army Looks for 3 in a Row

The Red Army is looking for there first 3 game win streak in 8 years as they take on Gerrell's at 9:30 at the Eagles Arena. With the late start there are lots of good seats left. Also the game has been moved from ESPN 8 to ESPN 3. This will give the Army better coverage throughout the area. The Army is hoping for the return of Lance Norman. Norman was AWOL from last game. (Most likely the reason for the 9-4 win) Norman claims that he had a touch of the flu. His Doctor, Dr. Warner, had a legal document faxed to Red Army headquarters last Thursday morning explaining Norman's absence. Repeated calls to both Norman and Warner were not returned. Army assistant GM Paul Markovich said this in a prepared statement, "We are disappointed in the actions of Norman. He failed to see the team doctor, Dr. Dave Whalen. But with the legal document that we have, nothing can be done. So Norman will be in the line-up tonight. This reporter has learned that Norman was with Dr. Norman last Wednesday. But not at the hospital. Norman and Warner were seen last Wednesday with Pacman Jones at a strip club in Fargo. Cameras outside the club have verified both Jones and Warner, the images are to grainy to tell if Norman is the third. But with his status of a "Elite Athlete", witnesses claim that he was there. More on this developing situation.
