Army looking to extend streak

The Red Army is looking to win its third game in a row tonight as they take on Kelly's at 5:45 at the Eagles Arena. The Army defeated the Warriors two weeks ago 4-3 and the Danish National Team 6-5 last week in a game at University Park. "I think last weeks game will jump start us for tonight. We scored 6 goals last week, the most all year. We are ready to break out," said Bill Knipe. With only a few weeks left in the season, all the Army can do is play for pride and contracts. Look for Lance Norman, Perry Marto and Chad Swendseid to be at there best the rest of the season. All 3 will have to work on a new contract in the off-season, they are set to expired on April 1.
"I think 2 of the 3 will be back. Not sure about the other. I'm not mentioning names, but his arms just aren't as big anymore," said GM Kevin Kyle. Look for the Army to extend the contract of Lenny Boucher. Boucher has 4 years left on his contract, but the Army wants him for a total of 10 years. This one will get done before the season is over. Plenty of tickets remain for tonight's game. Call 1-800-REDARMY for yours.

We would like to see the GM show
some backbone this season and state whether it is Marto, Norman or Swendseid who will be traded.
