Win Could Propel Army Into Playoffs

The Red Army faces off with Gerrell's tonight at 5:45 at the Eagles Arena. The last time these two met, the Army blew a 4 goal lead. The game ended in a 5 all tie. It is one of two blemishes during 2009. The Army is also going after there 8th win of the season. They haven't had that many wins since the last time Steve Olson could see his feet. With a win tonight the Army could lock up the #2 seed going into the playoffs next week. There are a couple of games to watch to determine seedings. Coach Terry Paukert said, "I can't believe these guys are playing this well? I think they have a good 10 years left in them." Steve Olson snapped back, "Only if we have 8 defensemen on the team will I play for another 10 years." There are plenty of tickets left do to the game being moved into the Eagles Arena.
